My s22 ultra brand spanking new less then 3 months old has ZERO reception ZERO data REGARDLES of what sim I use, vodaphone. Teltsra, optus, amasim. It dosent matter zero, nada, zip and zilch EVERY SIMGLE samsung employee says its terrible and broken and will be fixed, but the second a tech has there hands on it, theres no issue which is a flat out lie! Your telling me this is normal and aceptedable what a joke. This is deond a joke im going to the ACCC as this is terrible never buying samsung again!!!

Where did you buy it? Direct from Samsung or 3rd party retailers like JBHifi etc.

If not from Samsung, return it to the store. Just show them the issue and let them do the legwork. Or ask replacement if they have stock.

The orgigonal retailer wont touch it because its a samsung issue and them, I baught through my provider

In Australian consumer law, the retailer you purchased from must not make you contact the manufacturer yourself for faults or warranty issues. They must provide a way for you to return to them and they are to go directly to Samsung themselves.

Nah, if you bought it from store, store needs to honour your consumer rights. You can read it in ACCC.

Whoever have their name on your receipt, you can always go back to them for your warranty.

I have tried and they just tell me samsung and when I give it to them they just send it off to samsung as well, which is the annoying part, im paying for this phone that dosent work

Please be aware that due to our Privacy Policy, your device may be factory reset before being assessed.
