WorkingLocationShownAsAnEventWorkingLocationShownAsAnEvent

Since March 11, 2024, Samsung Calendar now includes extra events every single day based on my working location in Google Calendar. This is due to Google's recently announced change here:

https://developers.google.com/calendar/docs/release-notes#February_07_2024

which shows that in the Events List API, it will include all eventTypes by default, including workingLocation events, which are generally not wanted because they are so spammy. They never used to show up in Samsung calendar, and make it hard to see the genuine events that you care about.

Can Samsung please fix the calendar to exclude workingLocation events by default when calling the Events List API? Or provide an option to Samsung Calendar users? The only work-around at the moment is to just use Google Calendar instead, but I like Samsung Calendar.

Note: You can set your working location in Google calendar via:
Google Calendar -> Settings -> Working hours & location -> Working Location

I'm not familiar with working location in Google Calendar, but can't you unselect those in Samsung Calendar?

Like the ones circled in red1713152450105_1713152450098_0.jpg

Unfortunately not.  The working location is usually a small part of another Google Calendar,  that is imported
