So Samsung finally released a statement on the pause of the rollout and have said it will be resuming today
So fingers crossed we get it here in Australia sooner rather than later for S24 series phones

Samsung useless at rolling out updates they need to take a page from apples book and roll out updates to all their phone at one time like apple does next android phone I get won't be a Samsung that's for sure to slow android 15 been out on other phones for months you watch when they roll out android 16 that be a massive disaster too

Man will be walking on Mars before we get the UI7 in Australia.
What annoys me the most, they have still given us Aussies not a single indication of when we will likely see our update here.

Just beyond frustrated with Samsung's after care of their customers with this.

It's just a version number.

Stable and working with all the features one pays for is all I like to have. I'm only anxious about version numbers when there's a feature that really interests. I'd probably trust ol' Samsung on this one. No new versions that lock me out of stuff I like either!

I must admit I'd be over the moon if I could get the linux terminal going right now. They don't seem to have the right release of Android 15 / 16 on yet.

What's so good about the new UI 7 or 8 or whatever?

Of course they need to workout the kinks before a public release. So I agree that I'd much rather have a stable version, than being locked out of my own phone. However that's the point of Betas, to workout kinks prior to public release.

There is nothing in UI 7 that is of too much importance to me personally. Having said that, It would be nice to have that new phone feeling with UI 7.

I can only speak from my subjective perspective. It just feels that Samsung is falling behind in hardware and now software also. One UI is what's kept me holding into my fold 6, so it's a little disappointing to see UI 7's release, not just behind other android 15 manufacturers, but then to have the public release have a major bug.

Yet, they are releasing a trifold phone?

How about they perfect what they have on the market first. Catch up with battery hardware and size, get software running on point and stable, then concentrate on other phones.
