Samsung Pass and Passkeys

I have tried to set up a couple of passkey on my phone using Samsung Pass however each and every time it defaults to saving the Passkey in Google Password Manager/Google Wallet. 

Anyone know of a way to force these to save in Samsung Pass and or make it the default for Passkeys?

I have already disabled the Google Passord manage in Google Wallet and disabled Google Password autofill.

Pretty pointless having passkey support in Samsung Pass if it can't be used in preference to Google.

I am already registered and known how to use Samsung Pass so that isn't very helpful. The issue is that every time I try and register a PassKey it defaults to the Google Password manager to save the Passkey and there is no way around this to be able to use Samsung Pass to save the PassKey.

Have you tried playing around with the permissions setting  in the google password manager section?

I have also been having the same issue, but I am using 1Password. Seems like a Samsung issue. The Phone, when adding a new passkey, instead of adding the passkey to the 1password manager, keeps trying to add it to Google Password manager. This happens still even everything related to Google passwords is disabled for me, and even in setting autofill, passkey is selected to 1password.

Please Fix this, it seems like a bug, and the selection doesn't work.

This is happening to me too. I have Microsoft Authenticator set as my default password, passkey manager on my S24 and it keeps defaulting to Samsung Pass...
