Samsung S24 Ultra Plus and Bonus Galaxy 5 Watch

Purchased the Ultra S24 on 26th June 2024.  Offer was for an extra $100 discount on eligible accessory, $100 extra trade in and Free Galaxy Watch 5.  When I logged in to jotform there were 55 left of the colour I ordered (the other colour was fulfilled).  I received a "THANK YOU" from jotform.  In Terms and Conditions it said 60 to 90 days for delivery of watch.  Offer ended 17th July.  Ninety days has passed and no watch.  ANYONE else received theirs. 

I've emailed Samsung and await their reply.

The bonus was the only reason I purchased the phone.  And not much of a way of following up.

Tried the chat a couple of times - all the say is to wait it will arrive.

I did search first.  No one has had this issue.

I order 24ultra preorder and promotion was free galaxy watch 6 classic lte and i received after 3 months of receiving phone. But i asked CSR and they confirmed i am one of 500 customers who is eligible to get watch 6

SAME offer.  Samsung says I was outside the parameters was April closing.  Told them that was stupid as the sales chat (I did take a picture) was on 26th June 2024 and offer was from before that and closed 17th (I think July).   BUT I can't find a copy of the offer other than the information given in the chat

Thinking different deal as it is only 3 months.  EOFY .... 3 months is Sept.  If I allow 3 months from close of claim 17th July then 17th October.  SO maybe there is hope it will turn up by 17th November.
