So long story short I entered a basic form online on the optus website to register my interest for the galaxy s24 to receive a code that gave me a bonus gift (4x smartags 2, 3 in 1 wireless charging pad).
Redemption was successful on samsung redemption website. Package was sent out but apparently the delivery address was wrong.
Contacted auspost who said they couldn't change it. Contacted startrack and they said the same thing. Then contacted samsung and was advised to email telco-promos@samsung.com.
I emailed them last week and again yesterday but still no reply. What is the quickest way to get a response so i can change the address for the package that is sitting back at the airport.
