Can someone pls provide the new email address for the promotions team in Australia? I have recently been in a conversation with them about a product redemption issue harking back to 2020 and then all of a sudden "promo.au@samsung.com" became redundant!
I have tried but its pretty much impossible to find it listed anywhere on the samsung website!
