Sim Card Manager not visible

Hi there,

I have a A35 phone (SM-A356E). It does not show the Sim Card Manager in the Settings. I want to know whether this phone supports eSim.

If not, can I use two physical sim cards. If so, please advise how to do this.

I checked online but couldnt find the answer. Thanks.

Check eSim support via; Settings > Connections > SIM Manager, then check if there is an option to add an eSIM.

If no option to add an eSim, check your physical Sim tray has markings for SIM1 and SIM2 on front and back (as per this Youtube video).

Hi Members_m4Ti0rD, 

The phone model SM-A356E does not support eSim.

However, it does support dual sim functionality, so you would be able to use two physical sims.
