DiscussionAs per your Samsung promotion instructions, to redeem my smart watch I have loaded up the proof of purchase which I received from Vodafone with my purchase of Samsung galaxy S23+. Which includes my full name, date of purchase, value and the retailer’s name.
However, when I upload my proof of purchase document to redeem my Samsung smart watch, it keeps sending me e-mail mentioned I have unloaded the wrong document. After verifying with Vodafone, I been advised that it is the standard proof of purchase document they sending to all Vodafone customers and this was the first complain.
As a solution, Vodafone requested me to attach the first bill which I received from Vodafone after I purchase Samsung Galaxy S23+ along with the proof of purchase document to verify my purchase furthermore. If anyone has further advice will be much appreciated. Thank You. ❤️
