I have traded up my Tab s7 for a tab s9, Ausrion took them a month to reply, and after negotiations they sent me an email on 8/10 that it was accepted and I should receive my refund within 14 business days.
It's 3 weeks now and I never received the refund. And communication with them has been so frustrating, you send them an email and wait for a week for a very confusing reply.
So disappointed in the trade up service

Same here, first I received emails for me to return the device even though it has been shipped and collected at their end (as per tracking confirmation). After 3 weeks I got an email confirmation that Ausrion received it. It’s now over 4 weeks and I’m still waiting for refund. I hope they are impeccable with the evaluation for refund. I did a video of my device with serial number and checked and all functions before I sent it off.

My old device was delivered to Asurison on 1st of March, after numerous enquiry's through their rubbish website, to which they took days to reply I was told on the 11th of March to wait within another 10 business days for the refund of my $185 security charge to come through. Still nothing. I enquired again and expressed my frustration, for them to reply days later saying it has been escalated to their case manager. Only to receive an email today to tell me I would only be receiving a $1 mis-grading fee refund for my device as it was not in the phyiscal condition i stated, which is HUGE BS because my old device had no damage or scratches. This whole process has been pathetic and frustrating. It is absurd and disgusting that they have taken nearly 2 months to get to this point and to tell me I wont be getting my full refund due to its condition. Which is an absolute lie because there was nothing wrong with my device. This whole process is a SCAM! I highly recommend DO NOT USE TRADE IN!
