I ordered a tab s8 on the 23rd of February and it said it would ship of the 3rd of March. It is now the 9th and it still says that it is processing. I've called them over 15 times, most of the time their automated system just hangs up on me. I've managed to talk to 3 different people, none of them have helped, it sounds like they basically can't do anything without getting a manager. I've also used their live chat and emailed 2 different accounts, with no reply. I'm trying to call a different department or something, with a support ticket I managed to get, but surprise surprise, they won't answer. I don't understand and Samsung's support can be so bad, they need to up their game.

Judging by the shipment, you're likely to get it next week or the following week, there has been delays with the shipments

I don't mind that too much, but it's just the customer service that I'm so disappointed with. It has been so hard to talk to a real person and no one has given me any answers for anything.

Hi @Quadfractum, I am very sorry to hear of the experience you had contacting our support team, this is not the customer experience Samsung strives for. Are you able to confirm number you contacted so that I may pass on the feedback internally? 

In regard to your order, there are currently logistic delays as a result of the recent weather conditions. Rest assured our team are prioritising preorders and to deliver these safely as soon as possible.

Don't buy anything from Samsung Australia website, their service is atrocious. I ordered a new phone 29/12/2022, which was supposed to ship 05/01/2023. On 16/01/2023, not only had I not received the phone, but hadn't received an email confirming that order had gone through. The site said "order processing". I put in a complaint, and received an email stating that someone will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. When I hadn't heard anything at the 75 hour mark, I went on to their chat, and was told it will be investigated and will be resolved in up to 10 business days. I cancelled the order, as the investigation should have started when I put the complaint in three days earlier. I then get a call from Samsung 01/02/2023, apologising and offering to send a 10% discount voucher. Cut to today 10/02/2023, and the voucher hasn't arrived.

I like Samsungs products, but if you buy them, get them from anywhere else. Samsung Australia website have no idea what they are doing.
