DiscussionSo many issues, what the hell happened here Samsung!
As most other users have stated, the battery life if terrible now, needing to be charged numerous times a day
Camera now takes grainy pictures, especially when trying to use Pro mode (when it works at all!)
Notification settings now just work randomly. I had messenger chatheads set up to pop up on my screen, this no longer happens. I literally have everything enabled for every single app, 'cards' to pop up on my lock screen, phone to flash, full message to be displayed, sound..... none of which work! All I get is an icon in the top left after I unlock and I have to open the app to see what the message is. SSOOOOOOOOOO frustrating to have to unlock my phone to see IF there are messages and then have to open the app to see who it is from. I have restarted phone etc etc, but none of that makes any difference.
Lots of other little things that I hate but can live with, but the above 3 are by far the worst and I know there are tons of people with the same issues.
Get your act together Samsung and get the issues fixed.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing so many issues after the update.
First thing I'd suggest is to clear your cache partition. Follow these steps below:
You need to put the phone into Recovery Mode. While device is powered off, press and hold the power and volume up keys together until device boots into recovery mode. If device boots normally, the buttons weren't pressed correctly, so shutdown phone and try again. You may need to be connected to a PC via USB for the reboot to be successful.
Once in recovery mode, using volume keys to navigate up/down, navigate to "Clear cache partition" and use Power key to confirm. When prompted to confirm, use the volume keys to navigate to 'Yes' and press the power key to confirm.
After clearing cache partition, use volume keys to navigate to Power off or Reboot device & press the power key to confirm.
With the notifications, please be sure to check your device settings and the app settings for how notifications show up.
With your camera, please be sure that all of your previous camera settings have been set back to how you had it before. Ensure that good lighting is present or night mode is on in low light environments.
Hopefully some of these can help improve your experience with the update.
The device usually needs some time to optimise after the change so give it a little and if the issue still persists with any of the above issues you've mentioned, please submit an error report via the app. Our technicians will take a look into it for you and do their best to resolve the issue.
