When will Australia get the One UI 7 beta?

Beta has almost ended, the stable release will be released starting Feburary depending on your carrier, and phone model.

So no. Australia has never been part of the beta.

I use an A15, do you know when One UI will come out on that?

I also use an A15! I do believe that it may get it in May-June, if not July. It's a rough estimate as this phone has not gotten any OS updates before, and Samsung is running late with One Ui 7, but from my past experience with mid-range galaxies, expect Early Winter.
