Samsung costumer service is the worst I have ever had in Australia. I received a defective washing machine, and then I reached to Samsung. They used 2 weeks to send the Tech to have a look. Tech sent the defective report on the same day. Then Samsung disappear, and now it is the fourth week. Every week I call Samsung to repeat my story, and every time their staff tells me that hoo-hah you have to be patient, our case manager will contact you. This is really a simple case, I receive a faulty item, and I want to return it and get my refund. I don't know why Samsung makes this so difficult and why they transfer all the responsibility to their customer. I have no machine to use at the moment. I would never buy Samsung in the future and if this cannot get solved quickly, I will contact Australia Fair Trading. They don't treat their customers seriously, but I believe they will take Australia Fair Trading seriously.

I agree !!! I have been a loyal samsung user for a very long time and fing there samsung stores to be staffed by lazy, rude and people, who for some reason, act like they are above the people there are serving. Each time I've had the unfortunate need to go to these stores, they all want to argue with you and always state that it probably won't be under warranty. Just send it away and stop acting like it's coming out of your pay check!!!! Just turned up to a booked appointment 20 mins early, 2 staff on, one serving and the other doing nothing. She asks me what my problem is, I tell her and show her, then she says, I'm going to have to ask you to come back at 10 as you are early. She was doing nothing !!! I'm at the point of considering going over to Apple. At least they are helpful at the stores.
