DiscussionSamsung costumer service is the worst I have ever had in Australia. I received a defective washing machine, and then I reached to Samsung. They used 2 weeks to send the Tech to have a look. Tech sent the defective report on the same day. Then Samsung disappear, and now it is the fourth week. Every week I call Samsung to repeat my story, and every time their staff tells me that hoo-hah you have to be patient, our case manager will contact you. This is really a simple case, I receive a faulty item, and I want to return it and get my refund. I don't know why Samsung makes this so difficult and why they transfer all the responsibility to their customer. I have no machine to use at the moment. I would never buy Samsung in the future and if this cannot get solved quickly, I will contact Australia Fair Trading. They don't treat their customers seriously, but I believe they will take Australia Fair Trading seriously.
