Cannot hear caller.

I.have just bought a Galaxy S23 FE, and I cannot hear the caller. It's very faint and I have to use the speaker. Crazy !!

Hey while making call leave off loud speaker and press the volume up button

Also in Settings search for Sounds, work down to volume and you will see 4 options and increase the media? one.

What you have to do is make the call volume louder, not ringtone, notifications or anything else.
