Hello, I'm having issues with my A05 phone. A week ago nag start yung occassional freezing and delayed response. Usually nagkakaganito after unlocking the phone and kapag may naka open na app tas naka idle lang. Nagiging okay lang sya ulit if I lock the phone then unlock it back. Tried in safe mode, nag occur prin yung issue. Nag factory reset nadin, same parin. Anyone with the same issues? What did you do? I was advised to go to service center na since nag factory reset nko. Problem lng is super busy kaya I'm checking here if this issue is already known or occuring in other A05 users, and if there is already a fix for it.

The problem is Samsung should have never put this phone out. We purchased one for my father-in-law and it's just totally unusable. The lag is horrible and the fingerprint scanner quits working after an hour or two and we have to reboot the phone several times a day because of that. Samsung should be ashamed of themselves for putting this out on the market.

Currently experiencing the same thing. T.T I uninstalled a lot of apps and the issue still persists. Pag nilock ko and unlock, saka lang sya ulit gagana. Minsan ilang seconds lang siyang okay tapos unresponsive na naman. Nakakainis lang.

I have exacly the same issue. I had this phone since January but  I just started experiencing this problem this week.

UPDATE as of 05/08: Problem is back. I again did the steps below excluding step 3. Problem still comes back after a while.

Finally found a solution to this problem. No factory reset necessary. Just a settings reset.

Steps:

1. Back up your  settings.

Setings > Accounts and Backup > Samsung Cloud, Back up Data 

Make sure "Setrings" is ticked. To be safe better to tick all. This may take a while.

2. Reset settings.

Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset all settings

Phone will restart. Problem should be fixed.

You may stop here. But if you want to restore your settings, proceed to the next step.

3. Restore the settings you backed up in step 1.

Setings > Accounts and Backup > Samsung Cloud, Restore data

Select your phone. Tick "Settings" only then select "Restore".

I followed this step 2 months ago. After a couple of days, the issue came back.

Sobrang dami pla nakakaranas ng issue na to sa A05.. 1 month palang A05 namin tapos ganito na.. Unresponsive, ghost touch, need to press power to respond again.. very disappointing.. mas ok pa ung techno ng anak ko.
