Galaxy AThe problem is Samsung should have never put this phone out. We purchased one for my father-in-law and it's just totally unusable. The lag is horrible and the fingerprint scanner quits working after an hour or two and we have to reboot the phone several times a day because of that. Samsung should be ashamed of themselves for putting this out on the market.

Galaxy ACurrently experiencing the same thing. T.T I uninstalled a lot of apps and the issue still persists. Pag nilock ko and unlock, saka lang sya ulit gagana. Minsan ilang seconds lang siyang okay tapos unresponsive na naman. Nakakainis lang.

Galaxy AUPDATE as of 05/08: Problem is back. I again did the steps below excluding step 3. Problem still comes back after a while.

Finally found a solution to this problem. No factory reset necessary. Just a settings reset.
Steps:
1. Back up your settings.
Setings > Accounts and Backup > Samsung Cloud, Back up Data
Make sure "Setrings" is ticked. To be safe better to tick all. This may take a while.
2. Reset settings.
Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset all settings
Phone will restart. Problem should be fixed.
You may stop here. But if you want to restore your settings, proceed to the next step.
3. Restore the settings you backed up in step 1.
Setings > Accounts and Backup > Samsung Cloud, Restore data
Select your phone. Tick "Settings" only then select "Restore".

Galaxy ASobrang dami pla nakakaranas ng issue na to sa A05.. 1 month palang A05 namin tapos ganito na.. Unresponsive, ghost touch, need to press power to respond again.. very disappointing.. mas ok pa ung techno ng anak ko.
