How's Your Galaxy A05/A05s Doing?

Hey fellow Galaxy A05/A05s users, how's your phone doing? I've been hearing that it's been acting up lately, with stuff like overheating & lagging, especially after the OneUI 6.0 update based on Android 14. People are saying it's affecting the overall performance of their device, with the camera & video not as smooth as they used to be on Android 13. Some are even going back to the older version to avoid these issues.

Anyway, I tried checking for a software update to fix things, but no luck there. So, I turned to the Google Play system update, and guess what? It actually improved the camera & video performance, just like before. However, I've noticed that the battery drains quite fast since updating. Hopefully, the next update or security patch will fix this issue.

Has anyone else encountered this issue & found a solution? Any advice on how to possibly fix this problem would be really helpful!

Theres no problem to me, and normal talaga ang mag overheat kasi sobra init na ng panahon ngayon diba? Pagpahingain nyo nalang kung sobra init na talaga

And hindi na kailangan mag downgrade, advice ko nalang ay kapag bagong update kang android 14 tapos sobra lag, mag factory data reset ka, pagkatapos nun ay normal na ulit ang performance, kasi ganyan ginawa ko until now normal parin sya

Overheating and lagging are expected especially with a phone from that model and using it with heavy apps

Battery drain is probably normal as well. It only seems like that because you are actively measuring it. Use your phone normally. Dont stress yourself about battery drain. What do you expect? Lose 10% in 6 hrs?

The act of constantly testing your phone, measuring its battery, seeing if it lasts will DEFINITELY drain your battery. Spare yourself from the stress and use your phone normally. Dont baby it.

Mine A05s sometimes unable to charge kahit nakasaksak na yung cord sa power outlet, i have to turn on/off to be able to charge, newly bought device and update to lates OneUI 6, i wish i never update my phone kung ganito rin pala mangyayari.

How to degrage the phone from OneUI 6? I want to degrade my device.

Camera and Video also sooo slow to view after taking a shot/picture.

Been saving lately to upgrade to S-Series or A55 cuz I have esim which A05s doesnt support. Sayang esim ko 😅
