Hello, my Aunt bought me a phone last year it's a Samsung Galaxy A51 5G UW (Unlocked) and I seem to not get a 5G Indicator on my signal bar, It shows sometimes but only when the phone is in idle or not in used. This phone's chipset is Snapdragon 765G 5G. And yes, the phone is bought in the US, but it's carrier unlocked.

The photo above is what I refer to, it shows no sign of 5G.

Hey thedwl,

It might be because your device does not support the 5G bands we have in the Philippines. Current 5G bands are carrier specific and may not be supported by your device as it comes from a different region, despite it being an unlocked device.

Hope this clears things up. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Is there a chance that my device will be soon supported by the 5G bands here in the Philippines?

Unfortunately, no. US 5G-capable devices are developed for US 5G bands. There's no way to unlock your 5G band via software.
