It might be because your device does not support the 5G bands we have in the Philippines. Current 5G bands are carrier specific and may not be supported by your device as it comes from a different region, despite it being an unlocked device.

Galaxy AUnfortunately, no. US 5G-capable devices are developed for US 5G bands. There's no way to unlock your 5G band via software.
