Microphone suddenly stops working

I need help on my A71 phone. The microphone suddenly stops working. I tried to restart my phone. The mic works after the restart but after a couple minutes or hours, i notice it would stop working again. I always restart my phone if the mic stops. When someone calls me, they cannot here me. Taking videos does not have a sound in it. I need to restart the phone always to make it work again.

If someone has an idea how to solve this, please let me know. Its been bothering me.

I had same issue like you. Just turn off brixby from settings then the issue will be fixed.
