5G not working

Hello ,may I ask why does 5g not working on my samsung a33. This phone has 5g settings on mobile network but still not working.

🤔 It could be that your residence area doesn't have 5G coverage. Where you located at?
Or try to use these diagnostic test using same app - Samsung Members

Try turning off your battery savings! This made mine work.

ensure turn off 5g is off in power saver

Appreciating all the suggestions🤗 but I did try that. Turning off battery savings, and even reseting the mobile network settings. But unfortunately 5g network doesn't appear. Maybe because of my location .
