A10s system update

I recently did a system update for my device but after doing it I can't turn on my wi-fi and bluetooth. Anyone who have the same experience and knows what to do?

I have sent an error report about it but still hasn't recieved a reply.

As per your concern, you may try to do a 'Soft Reset' to your device. Press and hold the Power button and the Volume down button down simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it.

Do you update it on Android 10? I'm a A10s user and some of A10s users have a same problem with you after updating Android 10. Luckily, my A10s have no issue in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth after Android 10. And now, I'm using Android 11 without issue.

Still didn't. The soft reset didn't fix the problem.

In my case, I had my A10s repaired instead, it's now working. According to one of the technicians, it was the "Wi-fi IC at fault", the other said it was the "WTC at fault".
