A12 support 5g

I was wondering if a127f support 5g signal according to internet it does also downloading an app to change signal there is a 5g however in settings it only shows 4g then how come I can't  access 5g in my phone?

I don't think A12 Nacho supports 5G.

I think they put it on A13 5g.

Unfortunately, the Samsung Galaxy A12 doesn't support 5G frequency. However, it can support up to 4G (LTE) frequency. You can check more here under Specifications > Network/Bearer at the end:
