A22 5g signal issue

My a22 5g has barely signal it does show 4g+ but the signal bar is empty tried using airplane mode, restart the phone, reset network. Still remains the same please help

Maybe your sim carrier is slow at you region or the device still not adapt the environment

My signal goes up when i connected to internet but when i turned it off it goes back to no signal also the sim carrier works just fine on other phone.

Its gomo but awhile ago the signal works just fine but after a couple of days it goes back to no signal i tried other sim works disame

Understanding your last centence Maybe the device cannot adapt the environment where you live. That's okay if you have another phone.

Awhile ago the signal is okay for a week but it goes back to no signal after that. I didn't do anything. Only my usual daily routine

We are here to help. Your connection has something to do with the network signal;  since GOMO doesn't have its own infrastructure, it taps on Globe's network of towers to operate and provide coverage to its users. GOMO hasn't released a list of areas it fully covers, but it's safe to say that their service is accessible as far as Globe has coverage in your current areas.
