I removed the sim and turned off the wifi, means, zero connections... what is this signal thing? thought it was eSim, but this is an A series v73 and doesn't supports eSim.

That's for emergency services mate. Look at the bottom when you open the notification shade

It will seem fake but that's actually the Emergency services (911 and stuff)
