A30s wont charge after installing Android 10.

Im using its original charger. It works fine on other phones. The only way Im charging it is through my laptop or a powerbank. Tried everything from youtube videos, google, to tech chat support. Even done factory resetting. Still cannot resolve. Anyone here experienced this kind of trouble?

Did Android 10 install cleanly or did you see any pop ups about errors?

Have you tried to do a wipe cache partition yet?

I don't think I saw any errors.

No sir. Havent tried that one yet. Thank you. I'll update you if it has any improvements.

Done wiping partition cache sir. No luck. Nothing happened. I guess bringing this to a service center would be the best option.

I remember one user experiencing a similar issue but she has the M31. She ended up bringing it to the Service Center.

Yeah I think that's the best thing to do as I've tried every solution.
