If I screen capture the lock screen, the pixelated display will not be captured. I set my brightness to its lowest and when i open my phone, the lock screen wallpaper is pixelated whatever wallpaper i use including samsung's. I think something's wrong because my former phone was a samsung too and nothing like this happened. Considering that my former phone is cheaper than this. I just bought my A31 yesterday.
did you do a screen test when you bought your phone? and it can be replaced within 7 days so I suggest maybe you want to bring it back to the store so they can have it checked.
