A32 doesnt charge

Can anyone help me with my A32. It does not charge. When I plug the cable, it only shows a circle with a lightning bolt. how can I fix this?

Hey there.

The reason why your phone isn't charging could be for any number of reasons. It could be a frayed wire in the charger, your charging port might be compromised, etc.
