Galaxy AHey Azcarius, are you viewing media through YouTube? Maybe the video you are trying to watch does not support 2160p.

Galaxy AHey Azcarius, I did a little digging about this issue and here's what I found:
YouTube may refuse to allow 4K videos on devices that it has classified to not support 4K video. It may be that your A33 5G has been listed down as such.
Other reports also indicate that the Exynos processor on your A33 5G is unable to support 4K streaming.
You may try and work around this by using YouTube through your Samsung Internet browser (or your mobile browser of choice) and see if you can stream 4K content through there.
Hope this helps!

Galaxy AUnless you're watching it on a 4k TV, it would be a great experience.

Galaxy AHello Azcarius,
Thanks for reaching out to us here in order to find out the reason why your Samsung Galaxy A33 5G is not able to switch to 2160p video quality.
I really understand how frustrating it must be when you expect your device to work as you expected but it turns out differently. I will feel the same if it happens to my device too.
And I'm hoping that you were able to get an idea based on the replies of our dear Samsung members here.
