A50 apps can't connect to internet

Sometimes random app can't connect to the internet. Only 1 app can't connect to the internet most of the time. The only way to fix that is performing a restart but that is very annoying. Mobile network and wifi both work in non-affected apps. It is not the app's fault as it appears randomly and this is not the first time. Performed a factory reset weeks ago but it appears again. I tried to contact through live chat but it keeps on telling me to fill the required field but all of them are filled.

Samsung usually makes problem for old phones so that they will buy new phones

UPDATE: Screenshots above showed that when wi-fi is connected, some apps can't access to the internet while another can without connecting to any VPN that blocks wi-fi access.
Google is not the only apps affected by this, it includes WhatsApp, Messenger, Facebook, Instagram and OneDrive. It happens randomly and still no fix up until now
