A51 stuck on Android 11

I've had my A51 for around 2 years now and from what I know, it has never missed a scheduled update whether it be security patches or major os updates. The problem I'm trying to put out there is that I've been waiting since April/May 2022 to receive the android 12 update and still haven't got it. I had gotten a notice that the update will arrive in May and given my past experiences, I thought Samsung will be releasing this on time but this has not been the case for Android 12/ OneUI 4. I would like to know when I can expect to get Android 12 on my A51, I've been waiting for quite some time now.

Yeah, that could possibly be the cause but what about the notices samsung gave a month ago? Up until last month, I had a notice on the Samsung Members app saying that the Android 12 update is scheduled for May 2022 but it has completely disappeared now. Hopefully Samsung puts out some sort of info to confirm whether Android 12 is actually coming to A51 or not

@DevangAS If you're phone is the SM-A515F, then you should be fine.

As I posted in another thread asking the same thing, this model sold in other regions just started receiving the update last week and Vodafone's Android update page shows the update as currently being tested.

Hopefully the wait won't be much longer.

Oh Okay, will do. As stated in the other comment, my model number is SM-A515F/N, will that be the same?

That's strange. It's definitely eligible from a lot of sources. Where'd you buy your phone from? Do you have the model number?

I bought my A51 outright from the Samsung Australia website. The model number is A515F/N, that's still the same right?
