Did you recently updated your phone? If factory reset didn't work, possibly it's the OS or a hardware issue. Bring it to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked.

Before you bring it to the Samsung Service Center, since you updated your software, try wipe cache partition. If it didn't work, bring it to a Samsung Service Center tomorrow.

To wipe cache partition:
1. Turn off your phone.
2. Plug in the USB cable via PC or Type-C earphones (in case its USB-C to USB-C).
3. Then press and hold Power and Volume up buttons.
4. Release the power button. When the recovery screen shows up, release the volume up button.
5. Navigate to and select Wipe cache partition (Volume up and down is for highlighting options and power is to select).
6. Navigate to and select Yes.
7. Press the power button to select Reboot system now.

Hmmm sounds familiar with the issue I had with A72. Mine is, I can operate the phone for like 3-5 minutes then froze. Findings is that, the connector between the screen and the board needs replacement as well as the screen itself. It was short circuited, due to unstable current in our area. It costs me around 8,400 in Samsung Service Center.
