Since the One UI 4 update apps like Messenger, and Mobile Legends are not responding is like the display are not able to detect that I am scroling or playing this only happens to those app so far.

Are you running the latest version of those apps, check your Android system WebView. After android system upgrade some apps needs to be updated separately to work well with the new system

Try the following:
- Clear cache
- Clear app data
- Reinstall apps

If none of those work, please send an error report through Get help -> Send feedback.

Try using the Device Care widget from time to time as well, it helps optimizing your phones memory. Try using it before and after using a 'heavy' App.
