Inoff ko n lng yung stabilization, nareset ko n rin phoneko pero ayaw talaga. Much better kung nakaoff, ayos ndin kasi may ois nmn n

Have you tried going into Safe Mode and checking if it still has a video recording problem when the video stabilization is on? If there are no problems when video recording into Safe Mode, then this might be an app issue. If the problem still persists when in Safe Mode, then it might be a hardware issue. You need to bring the device to a Samsung Service Center if that happens.
