Galaxy AHello cancerousbacon,
Thanks for letting us know about your experience with your new Samsung Galaxy A54 5G having issues with the fast-draining battery. I feel and understand your situation, after trying several attempts to troubleshoot the problem but to no avail. If it happens on my device, I will be bothered too.
Before you try out the below recommendations as to your solution, be sure to check if your device's software is updated with the latest version. Please check how to update your mobile device's software in the following order.
Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.
Step 2. Tap on Download and install.
Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
If that doesn't fix the problem, you may submit an error report through the Samsung Members app as follows:
Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.
Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.
Step 3. Select Symptom category "Power/Battery/Charging".
Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.

Adaptive Battery
Your new device has an Adaptive Battery that works by learning your usage patterns for various apps and allows the apps you use regularly to stay in memory after you exit them. Also apps you use rarely are killed as soon as you exit them so that they don’t run in the background and waste battery life or use Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Based on this algorithm, some applications that have been unexecuted during latest 3 or more days (user can change this period on following path, Settings > Device care > Battery > More > Settings > Put unused apps to sleep > Set sleep delay) and moreover have not been activated in the background, will be excluded from frequently used application list. Therefore you may not receive any notifications from those apps entered sleep and it is an intended operation by Google.
If the issue persists, you may bring your device to the nearest Samsung Authorized Service Center in your area. Rest assured that your device will undergo an assessment to pinpoint the root cause of the issue. They may guide you and offer solutions to restore it.

Galaxy AI notice this too on mine. the consumption is quite high. probably the chipset Exynos 1380 is not yet optimized. mobile legend takes me to only around 3-4hours while on my other phone with same battery capacity but different specs has around 5-6 hours straight gaming from 100 til 19%.
