A54 in display fingerprint

Hi I had an issue with unlocking my phone via fingerprint after ai installed screen protector. How to fix the issue?

Hello ohjes,

The scanner is probably unable to read your fingerprint after the screen protector was installed. You can either take off the screen protector, or turn on Touch sensitivity to allow your phone to read the fingerprint better. 

You may access this option via Settings > Display > Touch sensitivity.

a54 din gamit ko....
ganyan din po saken after install privacy screenprotector hindi narin gumana fingerprint ko..
nag palit nalang ulit ako ng clear screenprotector 😅

As mentioned by Master DD 😉.

There is a setting on your phone that increases the sensitivity of your screen when using screen protectors.

Go to Settings
Tap on Display
Scroll down until you see Touch Sensitivity and turn that option ON.
