A54 messenger keep crashing

Any help how to stop the crashing. Already unstalled and re installed, cleared cache, restart my phone still it keeps crashing. I can't open also the app

Sorry to hear that. I'm aware of an issue with Facebook Messenger crashing if the phone's storage is full / close to full - have you tried deleting a few of your bigger files (usually videos) and then running the Messenger app again?

I have 256gb and I used only 113.7gb.

Gotcha - shouldn't be a problem with the storage then --

Let's try something else:

1. Clear data and reinstall the Facebook app (not just Messenger.)
2. Log into your Facebook account.
3. Then, run Messenger.

See if that works?

It worked for a short period of time. Then when I updated the messenger it crashed again.

Sorry to hear that, franshiwaaa.

I think at this point this a Facebook app problem and you might need to send an error report to Facebook, or wait for them to patch out the problem. You might have to access messenger via your phone browser or directly from the Facebook app instead.

If it helps, make sure your phone is updated to the latest version - you may be running an outdated version of One UI, incompatible with the Play Store version of the Messenger app.

I already updated the latest version of One UI but still it doesn't work.

Try to hard reset/format your phone. I do this every time after doing an android software update. Never encountered issues since updating to One UI 6.

Just make sure to backup all your important data and accounts.
