Hello can you help me to identify problem why some of may apps keeps on crashing/keeps stopping. Bought this last month, phone is being used for facebook and messenger only.

1st step wipe cache partition

Tried that already but doesnt work. If i uninstall the app and download again , the google play store will suddenly crash ..

How about clear cache and data for playstore

I was able to download again the messenger but when i open the app it is crashing and directed back to the home screen.. what should i do?

How will i know? Im not familiar with samsung.. actually i have samsung j6 also and i never experienced this kind of crashes only here and a03s. Im still have 75% free space on my phone

Its running Android 11, One UI 3.1 Core

Could be app issue, what you can try download later version of the app thru apk mirror, that wpuld be a temp eork around.
