Well, my device is okay. I didn't encounter overheating issue so far. Glad that I didn't. 🙃

Oh I see. I'd call their support team or use Samsung Tutor so they can troubleshoot the issue remotely first before you go to the service center. By the way, the heating issue started after the update, right?

Yes just right after the update. Anyway I did the factory reset, I'm very desperate to fix this. I'll let you know if I still experience the same thing.
