New Samsung user here po (worried user din hehe).

Normal lang po bang may lines sa screen kapag naka set sa low ang brightness tapos black/gray ang background? Hindi naman po siya kita kapag tinaas ng kaunti yong brightness o kapag naka light mode yong application na ginagamit ko. TIA!❤️

Fret not, we are here to help, guide you, provide quick fixes, and offer solutions to your device problems.

Samsung's adaptive super AMOLED screen optimizes the color range, saturation, and sharpness of the picture depending on what you're watching or doing. You also have the ability to customize the color settings to match your preferences.

Before you try out the below recommendations as to your solution, be sure to check if your device's software is updated with the latest version.

A) Please check how to update your mobile device's software in the following order.

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.
Step 2. Tap on Download and install.
Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

B) Change the display mode to ‘Light’ mode.

Step 1. Tap the Settings app.
Step 2. Tap Display.
Step 3. Select Light.

C) Adjust Display Brightness.

Choose a new display setting on your device if the screen is too intense for your liking. Or, you can turn up the brightness if it's too dark or difficult to see.

Step 1. Select the Settings app.
