Yes. When i drop it last night i still answer the phone call and turn it off and i wipe it and blower it for a minutes and i used it after

For future reference I don't recommend using a blow drier even if you're using the cold setting since it might melt some parts. Best way to remove excess moisture is to either submerge in rice or desiccant silica.

I'm not sure. At this point, time will only tell if your phone was damaged by Downy or not.
