I would like to change the vibration intensity for calls and notifications on my A73 5G but it does not appear to be possible. The only intensity level that can be adjusted is for touch interaction. Could someone please confirm whether or not it is possible to adjust the calls/notifications vibration intensity on the A73? Thanks.

Hi @MrBighead, this feature is typically available under:

Settings > Sounds and vibration > Vibration intensity.

If you are unable to see this setting, I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Hi Laura, thanks for your reply. The vibration intensity menu is available under settings however only 'touch interaction' is available in this menu. This does not appear to be a fault with the software. From searching Google it appears that the call and notification vibration intensity settings are missing from the A73 despite the manual stating that they can be changed.

If these settings are missing from the phone, I would like to be able to return it to the retailer as the fixed vibration setting is far too strong. I have owned several Samsung phones and have always been able to change vibration intensity for calls and notifications.

Could you please confirm for me whether these settings are unavailable on the A73 and whether this is reasonable grounds to return the phone?

Thank you very much for your help.

Note. This video shows that the vibration intensity settings for calls and notifications are missing on the A73: https://youtu.be/fWIfQz1sHy4

Note. The user manual states on page 93 that vibration intensity can be adjusted for notifications. https://org.downloadcenter.samsung.com/downloadfile/ContentsFile.aspx?CDSite=UNI_AU&OriginYN=N&Model...
