Please Samsung give us software update with All games Optimized I can't play better while I'm using my Samsung A22 5G I Always encountered Frame Drops.

I've tried to Factory reset my phone but nothing Happened and I Download so many Gamebooster but I still encountered frame drops because Samsung A22 5G isn't Fully optimized For All Games

We appreciate your feedback regarding gaming optimization updates for your Samsung Galaxy A22 5G.

We are aware of how it feels and how frustrating it must be when your device lags when you want to play your favorite games.

When it comes to the games you play on your device, a higher frame rate also means less screen tearing and more responsive controls. This is because when game graphics are processed at higher frames per second, they will be smoother than images that are only rendered at 30 or 20 fps.

For the meantime, we are here to help, provide quick fixes and offer solutions to the issue with your device, so that you can enjoy gaming to the fullest.

Following are basic steps to try in order to troubleshoot and find possible solutions to frame drops.

A) Ensure that your device is up-to-date with the latest Software updates.

Settings > About Phone > Software Updates > Download and Install > Follow On-screen notifications

B) Lagging due to Internet Connection.

Call and check with your Internet Provider the status of the signal in your coverage area. 

C) Wi-Fi / Router Settings.

Check and rectify your Wi-Fi & Router Settings, the distance of your mobile device should be within range of your Wi-Fi source/router.

D) Run the Self-Diagnostics under Samsung Members app.

Step 1. Run Samsung Members and select Get help on the lower half of the screen. 

Step 2. Tap View tests located under Diagnostics.

Step 3. If you would like to run Camera of the Diagnostics checks, tap Wi-Fi.

Step 4. Your Galaxy phone will then run through the checks.

Step 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the check.

Step 6. When necessary, you may need to manually run or interact with the corresponding function.

Step 7. If preferred, you may check specific Diagnostics and tap them directly to begin.

Step 8. For individual diagnostic checks, you can view your results after the check is complete. 

E) Close all Apps running in the background.
