November will be its official release but may vary in different regions maybe Philippines will release android 13 or One UI 5 three months prior to its official release
For now, One UI 5 based on Android 13 is still in beta in selected countries. You'll be notified here on Samsung Members for the eligible lists of devices and the date of the roll-out. The stable roll-out may be in the last quarter of the year, starting with this years Flagships. For now, we just wait.
