Maya app issue on Samsung

Anyone experiencing this on Samsung phones? Basic troubleshooting has been done on both phone and Maya help support. Tried logging in on other devices such as iPhone 13 and other Android phone, no issues logging in.

Is the developer option enabled in your device? Might be the reason.

I haven't thought checking the developer option. Thanks for the advice. However I just checked now and it's disabled. 🫤
