May I ask if there's any way to disable this pop up notification whenever I turn on and off the mobile data? I find it irritating especially if you're in a hurry.

Did it work? If it didn't work, try this: Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Access Point Names > click Remove network subscription. Then, restart your device.

Is the phone bought from SK (South Korea)? if yes then, I have the same pop-up too. If you find it annoying, just disable it by going to quick panel then long press mobile data. Then you should see the option "Confirm Mobile Data connection", turn that off then the pop-up will be gone.

Hello Bunining,

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Samsung Galaxy Quantum and your frustration at having the cellular data notification pop up every time you toggle it on and off.

I understand the feeling, and if it happens too in my device, I will get annoyed too. But don't fret; we are here to guide, assist, and offer solutions to restore your device to optimum performance.

Before you try out the recommendations below as to your solutions, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. Please check how to update your mobile device's software in the following order:

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install.

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Give these steps a try: Swipe left on the notification> tap on the gear> tap on lock screen/show content > tap on do not show notifications

If that doesn't fix the problem, you may submit an error report through the Samsung Members app as follows:

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Settings/System".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.
