App crashes, slow performance after upgrading to android 11

Has anyone also experience apps crashing and slow performance that sometimes "system UI isnt responding" will appear? I didnt have these kind issues before until i upgraded my phone to android 11

same issue. using Instagram Filters while having a Video Call will hang and after 10secs the system UI isn't responding. so i have to power on and off the phone
