Why is my phone auto adjusting my photos in the front camera? It looks fine in the camera itself but when I take the picture it's like there is an auto filter

our phone's front camera may be automatically adjusting your photos to enhance their quality or apply filters. This feature is commonly known as beauty mode or beauty filter and is designed to make your selfies look more flattering by smoothing out imperfections and enhancing certain facial features.

If you find that the auto-adjustment or filter applied by the front camera is not to your liking, you can try the following steps to disable or adjust the beauty mode:

  1. Open the camera app on your phone.
  2. Look for an icon that resembles a face or a beauty mode option. It may be located in the camera settings or within the camera interface itself.
  3. Tap on the face icon or beauty mode option to access the settings.
  4. Within the settings, you should see options to adjust the level of beauty mode or disable it entirely. You can try reducing the level or turning it off to see if it resolves the issue.
  5. Some camera apps may offer additional settings like skin tone adjustments or specific beauty enhancements. Explore these options to find the settings that suit your preferences.

Please note that the exact steps may vary depending on the camera app and phone model you are using. If you're unable to find the beauty mode settings or adjust them to your satisfaction, you can consider using a different camera app from the app store that provides more control over the image processing.
