Different colour display

Hello, on December 2022 me and my girlfriend brought same Samsung Galaxy A73 mobile for both of us, later we noticed their is different colour display for both the mobiles, we also adjust same display settings on both the mobiles and same brand screen protector but still the displays are different one is whitish and the other is red/warm colour. I'm wondering what was the problem, it's the same brand same model and same display settings adjusted in both mobiles. Is it manufacturing defect or what?

Hey PiliAvii,

Do one of the phones have Eye Comfort Shield on? It's a function that helps keep your eyes comfortable by limiting the blue light from your screen by using warmer colors. 

You can turn it off from your notification bar or through Settings > Display > Eye comfort shield.

Hi thanks for your advise, i double checked it was off and same display settings on both the mobiles

Hi PilliAvii,

Check also if the Screen Mode in the Display Settings is set to Vivid or Natural. You can also check the settings for White balance and RGB adjustment there.

Hi, yes I also did that putting in same levels but still it's different

There should be no problem if it's brandnew. You should also seek assessment to the store where you bought it.

Yeah both of them are brand new brought it in official samsung store. Thanks for the advice I will go to the store.
