Auto Restart issue again in spite of recent update

I just updated my software today, the first since my phone upgraded to Android 10 - One UI 2.0,  last April 2020, but there is no change regarding the auto restart issue of the phone and many of my colleagues who are using samsung have encountered the same problem. I'm calling for the samsung ph management to address this issue properly and as soon as possible, otherwise I' am thinking of switching to another cellphone brand if this hiccups cannot be solve.

I hope that if ever if we will go to their service center, the repair of our phones will be and must be FREE OF CHARGE because this is obviously their mistake, they allowed updates without even testing it and worst it broken most of our phones. how disgusting.

ok..factory reset does not solve the problem.im still experiencing the same issue you posted.i already called customer service,send error report and live chat..as of now im just waiting after the ecq and let it check at the service center.i hope they will addressed the issue.
