Where do i find the auto restart sched in the settings since updating to one ui 5 the auto restart is gone

It has changed. Your phone now determines when is the best time to restart.

Go to settings & search for "auto optimisation".

Tried it and it never auto restarts.i like the old one where i can sched like every 3AM restart

I think they removed that in UI 5.0.

In the meantime, you can submit an error report through Samsung Members app as follows:

 

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Settings/System".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.
